1. Premium Refunds

At Insurance Plans Help Desk, your satisfaction and security come first. If you are unhappy with your insurance policy, you may qualify for a refund depending on your specific coverage plan and when the cancellation is requested.

2. Cancellation Period

Most of our policies include a standard 14-day cooling-off period. Cancelling within this window entitles you to a full refund of premiums paid, as long as no claims have been made during that time.

3. Pro-rata Refunds

If you cancel after the cooling-off period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund covering the unused portion of your policy term. Please note that cancellation and administrative fees may apply as detailed in your policy documents.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees — such as administrative, broker, or setup charges applied at policy inception — are non-refundable. These will be clearly listed on your initial invoice and policy terms.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
